You can obtain a license in the following ways:

On-Line Services/Licensing (No service charge): Licensing, Lottery, HIP, Watercraft, etc.

Telephone Instant Licensing (Service Charge).
Printable License Applications (To Apply by Mail).
County auditors in courthouses around the state, sell licenses during business hours, 8-5, M-F. Auditors carry fishing, small game, big game archery, and furbearer licenses.
License vendors around the state also sell resident fishing, small game, big game archery, and furbearer licenses (nonresident waterfowl and small game licenses are available only through the Game and Fish Department and license vendors with Internet licensing capabilities).
