Project WILD and Aquatics
Project WILD and Aquatics is a conservation education program that
provides training to teachers through the high school level.
Teachers use their training to teach their students about habitat
and conservation. Resources available to teachers through Project
WILD and Aquatics include:
Introductory Project Wild and
Aquatics Workshop
(4-15 hrs.) - The basic course.
- The Wildlife of North Dakota

Contains many teacing aids including furs, wings, feathers, feet
and skulls. Available from teacher learning centers.
- Whale in Your School
At 50 feet long, this inflatable whale gives students a
close-up idea of the size of these massive creatures while helping
students understand what North Dakota fish need to survive.

WILD correlations to North Dakota state content standards are
available for social studies, language arts, art, science,
math, and physical education for grades 1-12.
