North Dakota Public Fishing Waters Spawning Restriction Dates

If the quantity of fill material or dredge material exceeds 25 cubic yards, the Department recommends the following Exclusion Dates (No in-water work allowed) to protect fish spawning and the aquatic environment. Dates may vary depending upon what species are present in the water body. In some cases, specific locations on a larger water body may be denoted as a Special Spawning Site.
