Hunter/Landowner Contact Form
There are two programs for connecting licensed hunters with landowners seeking to reduce coyote or deer populations on their land, the Coyote Catalog and the Antlerless Deer Program.
Antlerless Deer Program
Description: The Antlerless Deer program connects hunters with landowners who would like to host hunters with antlerless deer licenses during the regular deer gun hunting season.
Signup Period: Open mid-August for youth hunters and early September for all other hunters.
Landowner Signup: Interested landowners should contact the Department by phone at 701-328-6351.
Hunter Signup: Interested hunters and trappers should complete the form below during the program's signup period.
Requirements: Hunters must have a valid antlerless deer gun license.
HuntLink App (New in 2025)
The HuntLink App lists the contact information of landowners seeking hunters for specific species (ex. coyote, turkey, elk, etc.) Hunters interested in hunting a specific species can contact these landowners for permission to hunt on their lands.
Note: This is a new program that is an alternative to the existing Coyote Catalog and Antlerless Deer Program.
- Landowners can sign up for this program on their NDGF MyAccount homepage.
 - Hunters can view listings via the HuntLink map app.

Hunter Signup Information
- Typically, hunter demand for these programs is greater than landowner participation. Not all hunters will be selected to participate.
 - Hunters selected to participate will be sent landowner contact information via email.
 - Hunters and trappers must have a valid license to participate in these programs.
 - If you have questions about either program, please contact the Department at 701-328-6351.

Hunter/Trapper Signup
- Coyote Catalog: Currently closed. Check back in early December.
