Watercraft Registration and Renewal
Registering a newly acquired watercraft is primarily a manual process. You can generate a 10-day temporary permit online and download the forms needed to complete the process. The completed forms will need to be mailed or brought into a North Dakota Game and Fish Department office.
Renewals may be completed entirely online.
